Terms & Conditions

1) Each and every member must be minimum 18 years od or more than it.

2) Member has to provide all the required details specified in the form and all the details must be true in all aspects of conscience; such as beneficiary name, bank account details, contact number and address, email, adhar, pan, voter ID if necessary.

3) Member is responsible to pay all applicable taxes, The company provides co-ordinators  with monthly statement and annual Income statement required by law.

4) Each and every member shall introduce or sell any educational products or services approved by the company through THE company’s NETWORK of Co-ordinatorship.

5) The Company shall deduct Tax at source from the incentives as per rates prescribed under the income tax act 1961. Any co-oridnator found guilty of spreading any sort of misleading information, can be terminated at the sole discretion of the management.

6) In order to maintain viable marketing system and to company with the changes in applicable law. The Company shall be entitled to alter, modify, amend of change the business program from time to time.

7) Dhadai sales and services pvt. Ltd. Reserves its right to amend rules and regulations.

8) In the event of any dispute arising between the co-ordinator and the company relating to any matter concerned with this appointment or the subject thereof or in relation to and whether as to the construction or otherwise, the me shall be referred for ARBITRATION, as per the Arbitration act 1940 one arbitrator shall be appointed by each party and two appointed arbitrators  jointly shall appoint the third abritrator  shall be final and binding on both the parties. The venue of arbitration shall be subject to Bhusawal region in Maharashtra.

9) Dhandai sales & services make no refund of any kind.

10) The re-admission of resigned, terminated co-ordinator lies solely with the discretion of the management.

11) Dhandai sales & services pvt. Ltd. Is not responsible if a member provides incorrect referral code of his sponsor or his personal bank account number. Specifying incorrect bank account details or incorrect referral code of sponsor will result in inaccessibility to referral commission, discount on purchase and rewards to the associated member. 

12) To join in company every member have to deposite in company’s bank account to take or purchase Epin from the company. Then this Epin activate your ID.
